Hello, this is Sam Munoz
First let me start off by thanking you for visiting my page dedicated to fitness and weight training.
In weight training terms I am what you would call a “hardgainer.” I was not blessed with the genetics to look like a Mr. Olympia or like an action hero. However like so many guys out there I have always been a HUGE fan of working out to look my best and I made a commitment to myself that I would reach my potential.
Like many of you out there I knew that I had to put in the effort in order to achieve muscle gains. I will be honest. I was not happy at all with my physique and I knew that beneath my thin frame I had an underlying potential.
Over ten years ago I went ahead and made the leap by joining a gym. I was so serious about improving my physique that I even got a personal trainer. Unfortunately that did not lead to the big muscle gains I was seeking. All I got from my personal trainer was bad advice and a bad shoulder injury. Instead I decided to learn as much on my own.
For the next few years I did everything in my power to learn the in’s and out’s of building a better body. I read every magazine issue and books on the subject of weight training. I trained with other guys in order to get the necessary motivation and even asked everyone who looked physically fit for muscle building tips.
Through a process of trial and error and slowly applying tips from talking to other people and from stuff I read I began to achieve the results I was looking for. Like I said, this took me years to learn what works and what does not.
My goal is to HELP you shave months or even years in your training and avoid making the mistakes that are so common in weight training.
My advice is free and hopefully you will gain a lot of value from me.
Your friend,
Sam Munoz
